We normally know him as Crazy Thomas, for his willingness to help and share information. Thomas has put a lot of rent to own joint ventures together, and he also taught many investors to be successful in rent to own. In the last few years, Thomas and his team has put together close to 100 rent to own projects. Thomas has an engineering and business administration background. Thomas worked in the manufacturing world for over 20 years and has been in the management team of a corporation with over 2000 employees. Thomas has a process and detailed oriented approach to real estate investment.
