Entrepreneurs have the “X Factor”?

So, what is the “X Factor”? I have tried to understand the difference between entrepreneurs and people who prefer the certainty of a 9-5 job. Entrepreneurs possess some qualities that differentiate and define them from everybody else. Here are some of the qualities that make them different.

So, what is the “X Factor”? I have tried to understand the difference between entrepreneurs and people who prefer the certainty of a 9-5 job. Entrepreneurs possess some qualities that differentiate and define them from everybody else. Here are some of the qualities that make them different.
- Resourceful: They try to figure out unusual solutions to difficult problems
- Optimistic. Not easily discouraged.
- Confidence: The belief that they will lead themselves to a positive outcome
- Risk takers. Make hard promises just to achieve their goals.
- Innovative: The ability to see what others cannot
- Visionary: Raw ideas are easy to come by. Entrepreneurs add depth by wrapping those ideas into a vision
- Sacrifice: Able to delay the reward.
- Empathetic: The ability to put yourself in someone else's shoes
- Determination: Of course, the willingness to work extra hard is essential
- Making lemonade: Setbacks are not setbacks but opportunities to learn, grow and move forward
- Persistent. No or can't be done does not apply to them, they keep trying
- Know their limits. Good entrepreneurs know how to seek out expertise
- Intensity. There is no “off” switch.
- Curious. Entrepreneurs are eternally curious.
- Trusting. Once entrepreneur’s hand over responsibility to their teams, they usually don't second-guess their decisions. .
- Inspirational. Inspire colleagues, employees and customers
- They don't play by the rules: They know how to get it done, no matter what.
- Big Picture: Can see the big picture and detailed when necessary.
- Tolerance for ambiguity. Can manage not knowing the answer and have confidence they can come up with the answer.
